Fast, efficient and accurate recruitment software, CVPlus Medical Edition transforms imported CVs into fully skilled new applicant records automatically. Capable of processing upwards of 50 CVs an hour, CVPlus Medical Edition extracts all key candidate information, such as name, address, professional grade, employment history, skills and qualifications. 

CVPlus Medical Edition comes pre-loaded with a medical terminology Keyword Directory.  It is the assignment of these keywords that allows the system to search with such speed and accuracy for just the right applicant to match a job.  You can continue adding, deleting and modifying the keywords assigned to an applicant record using the Keyword Editor to further refine search results.

Automated CV processing removes the risk of human error and duplication of data, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all your applicant records.  A copy of the original CV is attached to the applicant’s record, which is available to view; can be modified and sent to clients at a keystroke.

As well as creating applicant records from imported CVs automatically, CVPlus Medical Edition allows you to quickly and easily create and modify records manually.  This version of our advanced recruitment software comes pre-loaded with special fields and drop lists designed for the medical sector.

Besides all-important contact details, employment status, current CV and history notes, an applicant’s record or profile card holds a vast amount of background information including employer references, health status, driving qualifications, bank, PAYE, FPS and CCS details.  You can also attach any number of documents in a wide variety of formats to each applicant record, such as scans of passports and driving licences, for example.

Automatically triggered at key stages during the recruitment process, CVPlus Medical Edition reminds recruitment consultants that they must complete various legal, professional and company due diligence checks, such as right to work visa, required vaccinations, criminal clearance and medical registration. 

Consultants can select the type of checks required by clicking on the CheckType box in the applicant’s record, and choosing from the drop list.  Copies of documents, such as passports, driving licenses and professional certificates can be attached to an applicant’s file as checks are completed.
