Client
set-up
Critical
to the continuing success of your recruitment business is
ensuring that your client contacts are always up to date
and easily accessible. Equally important is how this
client information is organised, after all, you might have
several key clients from one doctor?s surgery, hospital
or Primary Care Trust. Health Authorities, for
instance, have numerous sites and departments under their
control. That?s why CVPlus Medical Edition is capable of
reflecting each client?s organizational structure.

Creating
a new client record is simplicity itself using CVPlus
Medical Edition wizards. In the Clients module,
simply click the Add icon. Assign your new contact
to the appropriate organisation from the available list,
or create a new organisational record. You can then
complete the required contact details, assign keywords for
search purposes, and designate branch, unit or department
within the larger parent organisation. It?s that
quick and efficient.
Creating
job assignments
Once
you have created a client record in CVPlus Medical
Edition, you can start entering permanent, contract and
temporary jobs onto your database. This is done by
using a series of simple wizards in the Permanent and
Contract Vacancies modules within the application.
Medical recruiters often find they have to input the same
basic job information repeatedly when creating new records
for certain clients and roles. This can prove an
extremely time-consuming, mundane task. CVPlus
Medical Edition allows you to duplicate job records
instantly. Simply find the job you want to copy.
Press the AddSame button. The software creates a new
job record, copying the job details across, which can be
modified manually. Alternatively, CVPlus Medical
Edition can transform imported job files into new vacancy
records automatically. Job files can be taken
directly from your client?s own database, Internet job
boards or other software packages.

To
enter a new temporary job on CVPlus Medical Edition you
simply complete a brief 5-step wizard. First, select a
client company from the database. Add information
such as purchase order number and required skills from the
keywords directory. Next, enter the job?s
location. Then check where the invoice is to be
sent, as your client contact and the invoice address might
differ. You can then agree the pay rate, and finally
?book? an applicant for the job.
