Especially useful for responding to urgent temporary assignments, Quick CV Dispatch allows you to select a client, job and send an applicant’s CV as a smooth, one-click process.

The Quick CV Dispatch wizard allows you to select the right applicant from a drop list, and choose the version of the applicant’s CV you wish to send.  The recruitment software allows you to retain multiple versions of the applicant’s CV to suit your needs.  Next, click on the client and job assignment.  Finally, the software will indicate if the applicant’s CV has been checked and designated as “ok to send”.  You can then send the CV by email, post or fax from the mail centre at the press of a button.  Used together with the advanced Match feature, the Quick Job Dispatch allows you to select an applicant and make a placement with unrivalled speed.
