Managing
the availability of all healthcare professionals on your
system is a fundamental part of running a successful
medical recruitment company. It is essential to know
who is available at short notice for temporary and
contract assignments. CVPlus Medical Edition gives
you the ability to track, manage and retrieve critical
information, presenting it on a single, multi-functional
screen for ease-of-use.

Temporary
and contract assignments are created and managed in the
software’s Temp/Contract Explorer. Here you can
add a job, assign an applicant, record timesheets,
calculate payments, invoice charges, schedule activities,
and monitor the status of a particular job or applicant,
and do it all on a single screen. On
conclusion of a temporary or contract placement, an
applicant’s record is automatically returned to
“available” by the system.

The
progress of all interview arrangements regarding an
applicant, client and job can be followed in the CVsSent/Interviews
Explorer. You can track the status of each applicant and
stage of each job as soon as the CV is sent. Using
the CVsSent/Interviews wizards, you can update all the
stages from an interview to placement or rejection.
The filter option allows you to group and combine
information by different criteria. For example, you can
choose to see the information for an applicant, client or
job and then, filter by date
range, status of the
job, or stage of the selection process. This enables you
to display the information you need in the most convenient
way possible.
