Search and Match

Medical recruitment is a results driven business. As medical recruiters often search using the same criteria repeatedly, CVPlus Medical Edition allows you to create and save special search forms for this purpose. These saved searches can be run at any time, confidently producing the results you need. 

Saving your search results as a shortlist of likely applicants allows you to work through them at your own pace.  However, you can refresh your shortlist a the touch of a button, so that any newly entered applicants meeting your search criteria can also be added to your shortlist.  This handy refresh features ensures your searches are always current and the ideal applicant is never overlooked.  Having performed a search, you can further refine your results using the Drill function.
